ELAINE HAS SUCCESSFULLY GOT INTO THE NEXT QUARTERFINALS! She got 23.5 and is the highest for yesterday QF1b. Great job, Elaine!

To those who voted and supported for her (either at mediacorp cheering or at home voting): A BIG THANKS to all of you! Elaine really appreciates it. (As she is still worrying not having enough votes.) Don't worry! EFC will always support you!

On a side note, I think after Elaine sang so well and got noticed, there's just some people who are so jealous of her and wanna steal some limelight over here, if YOU are planning to scold her, I advise you not to do it on this tagboard, because I will just screen it, filter it, delete it and BAN it. So far, I've ban two of those. And there is NO ban expiry to it. We accept criticisms because they are constructive, but not silly nonsensical childish comments like 'I hate you! You are a BITCH! Your voice sucks!' Yeah yeah, if you can do better, why aren't you in the competition instead?

But well, although Elaine did extremely well yesterday, BUT we should always not be complacent! I saw one of the comments on the thread saying the highest girl may not be guaranteed a place to the next round. True, thats why we need all of your votes! And Elaine, there's always room for improvement. 别人好，你要比他更好。I know you are always the humble sort, not attention seeking and stuff. And thats why when we said we have confidence in you, its not those normal 'say-say' only confidence, it's because we ARE really confident in you!

Do your best to prove to the world that you can do it!
